Just a quick update to let you know what's been going on with me recently and what's coming up for Grassfed Geek! I just put up the first version of my book recommendations page, and I hope you all go check it out. I've got a list of some of the best books in the health and wellness space listed, all of which have contributed to my personal knowledge and lifestyle choices tremendously. I really think some of this stuff should be required reading at this point. I'm going to keep expanding on the list as I read more and continue to learn, so I hope you check back on the page if you ever are looking for health related books on a given topic, it'll be growing all the time!
In other news, I'm going to be on the Rebooted Body podcast in the next week! Kevin Geary from RebootedBody.com interviewed me for his show and I'm super excited about it! We're going to get into a wide range of topics, and I'm really stoked for it to be out there, and for everyone to hear it. If you haven't seen his site yet I would definitely go check it out. If you like my blog, it'll be right up your alley.
Finally, I have some really cool posts coming up including one that's a wrap up of my last year as a crazy butter-eating, grassfed animal-loving, sometimes CrossFitting, Oregon dude. My one year anniversary of drinking Bulletproof® Coffee is almost here and I'm going to post about how a year of upping my butter intake by about 500% has affected me. I also have a podcast of my own in the works that I plan on starting soon in order to help contribute to all the great dialogue that's gong on around the web about health, fitness, nutrition, and overall mindset. I'll start posting links to that once I get it up and running.
